What a gorgeous area to paint! Thank you Bill!
Just wanted say I love the Virtual Paintout so much. I've been following it on and off for a year. The entire concept and amazing results are so inspiring. I haven't submitted anything yet, but I have done some, including Norway, San Francisco and some locations I did on my own from Google. I may submit something in the future. Thank you for putting the whole thing together, Bill. It it wasn't for this blog, I probably won't have picked up a pencil this entire time. I'm sure there are others who feel the same way I do. Anyway, I'm endebited to the Virtual Paintout for much of my creative inspiration.
Thanks for the comments. I'm glad this project can inspire someone.
I agree, the Virtual Paintout is what inspired me to start a blog and publish my paintings and drawings on the Internet. I look forward to discovering every new location. We should package the Summit County collection as a set of holiday cards!!
